Once upon a time, there was a young girl who grew up in the land of  Wolf.  At an early age she mastered the flat top, the ovens and eventually those ominous burners, all things the Wolf was famous for.   In the summer, when she wasn’t  in school,  she would watch the morning cook make the gravy, from scratch, and it was this cook who taught her the “art” of scratch cream gravy, scratch enchilada sauce, chili  and taco meat.  At the seasoned age of nine, she also learned you can’t cook a hamburger on the flat top if you don’t want to derail over easy eggs, they stick!   Those early lessons still resonate and the passion for exceptional food remains.  This chapter continues to gather more pages as our menus are wide, varied, tantalizing and all handcrafted.   We source the most delectable beef, pork and poultry along with the most luscious produce available.  Food is such an integral part of our lives, it’s intimate, it’s communicative, it’s necessary and it’s personal, it’s also part of your story.   Little did a nine year old dream that she would have her own kitchen to “play” in.  As a nod to a frequently visited chapter, there is still a Wolf in the kitchen, and we love him!
